Tonan Drop Forging has in-house mold production and heat treatment equipment, including 3D CAD/CAM, and has secured a system that can supply products in the shortest possible time in order to meet the needs of customers.

Testing equipment

In order to ensure the strength that is a characteristic of forged products, we use magnetic particle flaw detectors that detect scratches that are difficult to visually confirm, including 3D shape measuring instruments, and ultrasonic flaw detectors that inspect defects inside products to ensure product quality that customers can use with peace of mind.

Emergency and environmentally friendly equipment

Unfortunately, noise and vibration occur in production facilities at forging plants.Therefore, we believe that environmental initiatives are the most important, and as a company, we are actively introducing as many measures as possible, such as the installation of state-of-the-art anti-vibration equipment and soundproof walls, in order to harmonize with local residents.
